- You add selected Goods to your cart and complete the online checkout process.

- We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This is not an acceptance.
- A legally binding agreement is formed once we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched.

5.2 Payment Timing
Payment is required in full at checkout, prior to dispatch.
6. Delivery Policy
6.1 Delivery is free and only available within Ireland.
6.2 Delivery Times
- Dublin: within 24 hours
- Outside Dublin: within 3 working days
6.3 We will confirm estimated delivery in the Confirmation Email. Delays outside our control will be communicated.
6.4 Delivery is made to the provided address. You are responsible for the Goods upon delivery.
7. Returns & Cancellation Policy
7.1 Cancelling or Returning Your Order
You may cancel or return Goods if:
- they are faulty or misdescribed (see 7.3).
- we made changes or errors (see 7.2).
- you changed your mind (see 7.4).
7.2 Cancellation Due to Our Actions
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:
(a) There was an error in the pricing or description of the Goods you ordered and you no longer wish to proceed;
(b) The Goods are no longer available or delivery is significantly delayed due to circumstances beyond our control;
(c) We have otherwise acted in breach of your consumer rights.
Note: We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms before placing each order. Updates to the Terms do not automatically entitle you to cancel an existing order unless your consumer rights are affected.
7.3 Faulty or Defective Goods
If Goods are faulty:
- Notify us within 14 days.
- We cover return costs for faulty items.
- You may choose a refund, repair, or replacement.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
7.4 Changing Your Mind
Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
If your item hasn’t shipped, we’ll issue a full refund.
If it has shipped, you must return it in its original, unused condition with packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection.
Partial refunds may apply if items are not returned in their original condition.

Do not send goods to our office address without prior confirmation. We may reject unsolicited returns.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the necessary instructions to complete your return.
7.6 Refund After Return
We will refund the full purchase price:

If returned within the return period and in acceptable condition
Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, you are responsible for return costs. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item.
8. Our Right to Cancel Orders
We may cancel orders if:

- delivery cannot be made in a timely manner.
- you breach the Terms materially.
We will notify you of cancellation and refund any prepaid amounts (less reasonable costs).

- any matter where exclusion is unlawful.

- indirect or consequential losses.
9.4 All implied conditions and warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9.5 We are not liable for loss caused by viruses or cyber attacks from use of our Site.
10. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control. You may cancel the order and receive a refund for undelivered items.
